Our dustless preparation process shotblasting  or dustless diamond grinding cleans and profiles the concrete floor and vacuums it at the same time to keep the dust out of your facility. All the cracks and holes and patched with an epoxy filler.. The floor is then coated with 2 coats of 100% Solids Epoxy (no solvent = no smell) for a very durable chemically resistant finish. This system is a very fast curing and  designed for application on a 2 day weekend. If we start on Saturday morning you are back on the floor Monday morning. CFIA approved.
